    The price level of a tour guide is decided by the language he/she speaks.
    The price is variable depending on the difficulty of their day:

    – Hiking in the mountains : around 60 USD / day
    – Bike ride : around 50 USD / day
    – Scooter tour : around 50-70 USD / day
    – Typical day out of the localized city: around 45 USD/ day & night.

    2. For Spanish & Italian & German language

    – City tour : around 50 USD / day
    – Hiking in the mountains : around 75 USD / day
    – Bike ride : around 80 USD / day
    – Scooter tour : around 70-90 USD / day
    – Typical day out of the localized city: around 60 USD/ day & night.

    3. For Japanese & Korean language

    – City tour : around 55 USD / day
    – Hiking in the mountains : around 70 USD / day
    – Bike ride : around 80 USD / day
    – Scooter tour : around 70-90 USD / day
    – Typical day out of the localized city: around 65 USD/ day & night.

    4. For Chinese & Thai language

    – City tour : around 35 USD / day
    – Hiking in the mountains : around 60 USD / day
    – Bike ride : around 65 USD / day
    – Scooter tour : around 60-70 USD / day

    Shipping Policy

    Hello,

    TYPiC travel only confirms its travel products (tours) to you by E-mail, WhatsApp and/or Messenger when your reservation is made.
    And the agency will provide you with your paper file on the spot when you arrive in Vietnam or in the countries of its destinations.

    Refund Policy

    Once your tour (trip) that is granted on the services rendered by TYPIC Travel, may be canceled on its part from the latter for reasons related to a situation of force majeure: political, health, natural disaster, etc. . In all these cases of cancellation, registrants will receive a full refund after removing all necessary fees and will not be entitled to any compensation.

    In case of there is a sensitivity of lack of security for its Clients, TYPIC travel has the right to cancel the trip without notice to the Clients, and reimburse its Clients for the services not rendered for the remainder of the trip, without incurring any compensation to its Clients.

    The refund from TYPIC Travel to the Customer shall be made by bank transfer, and the Customer shall be responsible for paying all bank charges.

    Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

    Conditions of cancellation

    • Except for a serious impediment, (valid reasons can be: illness, death of a family member or other with supporting document to be provided), You cannot cancel without losing the money you have paid. Be careful if you don't have your passports on time or if you haven't bought your plane tickets to come to Vietnam, or no Visa for Exceptional Cases and this is not considered as a valid reason.
    • This cancellation, without valid reason, is indeed considered as a pure and simple breach of contract. As such, you will be obliged to compensate the damage suffered by the tour operator since the latter has made commitments to various subcontractors (carriers, hotels, etc.).

    In case of cancellation of the trip, the customer must pay penalties corresponding to :

    Cancellation fee to make all changes with the guide, drivers, hotels, restaurants, junk, boat, train, domestic and international flights if included etc. ...

    1. Cancellation by the Customer

    After signature until 30 days before departure: 10% of the total amount of the trip will be retained as cancellation fee.

    • From 10 to 29 days before departure: 30% of the total amount of the trip will be retained as cancellation fee.
    • From 3 to 9 days before departure: 50% of the total amount of the trip will be retained as cancellation fees.
    • 2 days before departure: 100% of the total amount of the trip will be retained as cancellation fee.
    • No show: 100% of the total amount of the trip will be retained as cancellation fee.

    This rule is applied to all services booked by the Customer with TYPIC travel. The payment of the cancellation fees by the Customer will be made by bank transfer, all bank charges being at the expense of the Customer.

    All cancellations regarding the Covid-19 health situation are suspended and automatically converted to a postponement at no cost
