Gorilla and Chimpanzee tracking in Safari of Uganda

Gorilla and Chimpanzee tracking is a must safari tour option with Uganda, Murchissional falls national park 4 day safari.

1st Day:

Pick up at Enteebe international  airport and transfer to fort portal.

Stay at isunga lodge.

2nd Day – Chimpanzee tracking

After or before breakfast at 6:50am, your guide will pick you from your hotel and drive you kibale national park for chimpanzee tracking. We arrive at UWA at 7:45am, register and attend the short briefing. At 9:00am, we transfer to the chimpanzee tracking points and start tracking chimpanzees while doing forest walk as you observe many primates and birds until 11:00am.

After tracking, we will come back to Fort portal for lunch at Gardens restaurant, and drive to Queen Elizabeth national for over night stay.

Stay at Engiri game lodge.

3rd Day – Gorilla tracking

Morning, game drive and transfer to Bwindi impenetrable national park.

After breakfast 7:00am, your guide will pick you from the hotel and take you to the park for 2-3 hours game drive in the Queen Elisabeth National. And after, embark on the road to Bwindi through ishasha as you go slowly while trackting more animals and have lunch at Kihihi town at 1:00pm.

After lunch, proceed to bwindi in Ruhija gorilla tracking sector.

Stay at Gorilla friends lodge.

4th Day – Gorilla tracking

Gorilla tracking in Bwindi impenetrable national park.

After breakfast, your guide will pick you from the hotel and take to UWA officers for registration. You will be entertainted by the community with traditional dance followed by a breifing at 8:00pm. And then, you will join other tourist groups for gorilla tracking at 9:00am. Return at 1;30pm to take a lunch. Then, we proceed to Lake Mburo national park for an over night stay. You will stop at Mbarara for covid 19 test before reaching at lake mburo.

Stay at Leopard rest camp.

5th Day :

Transfer to the airport to catch up your flight.

After breakfast at 8;00am, your guide will you from the hotel to the Entebbe international airport with stop overs at Masaka town for lunch and at the equator for photo shootings and buying of Uganda hand crafits. Then you will proceed to the airport. You will have covid 19 results sent on your emails in 12 hours.
