Booking

Currently, after booking the modification is not possible but you can request to the merchant directly if you want to change the date or other arrangement. Otherwise, you can proceed a refund and rebook.
The standard cancellation policy allows you to request a cancel if a tour is cancelled more than 7 days before the trip, the user will receive a 100% refund. If a tour is canceled by the Service provider, the user will receive a 100% refund. All cancellation within 24 hours after Booking are allowed and refundable except that if the date of travel is within 24 hours, the full refund will not be applicable. *This takes into account the starting time of the tour in the time zone of the experience. In any case, you should consult the cancellation policy contained in the list of products applicable at the time of your reservation, which is the policy that will apply and will govern the conditions of your cancellation and any refund.
Please go to My account > Orders > Check on the list of your orders and click on 'Refund' on the Item you whish to get a refund Depending on the item, it may be automatically refunded or require approval from the merchant.
After refund has been approved it can take generally 3-7 dyas.
Please make sure the below points before contacting us - The credit card validity hasn't expired - The purchase limit set by your bank or credit card company was not exceeded - The billing address and phone number entered do not match the billing address and phone number associated with your credit card - Credit card doesn’t have available funds to make the payment In case the payment doesn't go through after verification, please reach out to your bank or credit card company for more information.

Tourguide partners

Anyone wishing to offer in an original way an interesting trip that he by himself will have tested beforehand, to the international tourists wanting to discover the visiting country. It is important to indicate your spoken language, knowing that some of international tourists may however consider this trip in order to improve their practice of local language.
Register as a My K-trip's tourguide partner by clicking on "I am a tourguide". After checking your profile, we will inform you individually of the validation of your registration.
The application is not automatic process. We need some check before validating after your application. Some information or documentations can be requested additionnally. Once your application has been validated you can upload your product.
Please go to 'I am a tourguide' > 'My Agency' > Products > Add new. 1. Give a product name on a the product title. ( Country, City, product name should be indicated ) 2. Add some pictures ( At least one picture is mandatory.) 3. Write a short description and detailed description in each section after checking on the categorie. You can also input some tags if needed. 4. Click on the 'Booking option' just under 'the description', input booking duration 5.Click on the 'Attributes' tab, enter the duration, language and transportation type 6.Click on the 'Cost' tab, enter your price in the 'Block cost' and the lowest cost avaiable for the product in the 'Display cost'
Yes, each product should respect our mandatory rule and it must contain the elements below. Otherwise, we reserve the right to modify or remove your publication : -At least one main image. -Activation of the booking tool with a calendar. -The names of the country and the city ( by order ) -The price and the provided languages -The duration of the trip, the meeting point -The service conditions (the cancellation and modification policy, etc.)
Yes, but we precise that the seller's functions are quite limited for the moment ( We would improve this problem as things progress). You will have to send an email to sales@myktrip.net if you wish to specify more details such as available periods in the calendar and different pricing according to the number of person etc...

The translation into other languages is manual work. So we are handling once we check a publication so it takes 1-2 working days.
